Helen hails from the UK and has a lifelong passion for fitness, health, and nutrition. She is a qualified yoga teacher, has more than 20 years ’experience in coaching, personal development, management, and training, has nutrition qualifications and is a certified fitness professional. Helen’s coaching style is high energy, super motivational and she pays detailed attention to each client’s personal goals and desired outcomes. She guarantees you will have the workout of your life every time you come to the Studio!
Marcus is one of North Dallas’ top Strength Coaches and Personal Trainers. He owns and operates 2Perform Fitness; specializing in strength training, Adaptive Resistance eXercise (ARX), functional aging and active-adult fitness, along with being rated as one of the top golf fitness programs in the Collin County area.

Marcus has worked with individuals and athletes of all levels and from all walks of life. His fitness and performance philosophies are based on the unique experiences he had while working in the areas of strength and conditioning development, youth performance, physical rehabilitation, and his time spent with the U.S. military.
Shawna graduated with her BA in Psychology from Dominican University of California in San Rafael, CA with a basketball scholarship. She went on to pursue a career in Behavioral Therapy, but, soon realized that the fitness world was where she wanted to be. After obtaining two certifications, one including her NASM, and a third soon to be for Fit Pregnancy, Shawna became a Fitness Coach for a transformation center in California and quickly was promoted to the Fitness Director there overseeing the entire club. She recently moved to Texas to pursue a better quality of life for herself, her 10-month-old, and her husband.
Shawna enjoys indulging in wine, cheesecake, and the occasional burger! She used to dance for a company, play volleyball, and ran track in high school. Music is her therapy, and working out is her happy hour. Shawna can’t wait to meet you!
