HELEN DEANOwner and Personal Trainer
Helen specializes in change. She has over 25 years of experience working in war zones and third world countries, and provides insights in to how to be successful even in the most difficult situations – ones that can’t be foreseen. She has run refugee camps in Ethiopia, conducted food drops in Angola, trained governments in numerous countries on how to deal with corruption, and been shot at in Gaza, Angola while conducting programs. Helen provides insights into how to effectively take responsibility for creating the future you want – no matter what the situation.

Helen hails from the UK and has a lifelong passion for fitness, health, and nutrition. She is a qualified yoga teacher, has more than 20 years ’experience in coaching, personal development, management, and training, has nutrition qualifications and is a certified fitness professional. Helen’s coaching style is high energy, super motivational and she pays detailed attention to each client’s personal goals and desired outcomes. She guarantees you will have the workout of your life every time you come to the Studio!

He is passionate about his role as a strength and conditioning coach and how the 2Perform program can help you get fit fast.

Marcus has worked with individuals and athletes of all levels and from all walks of life. His philosophy is based on the unique experience he developed while working in the areas of physical rehabilitation, strength and conditioning development, and his time spent in the U.S. military. He understands the need to design a program that will work for you and will help you set realistic objectives based on your unique needs.
Bronwyn graduated from the University of Evansville with a BSc in Kinesiology and Exercise Science where she excelled at NCAA Division I women’s’ soccer. Now playing for FC Dallas, a member of the Women’s Premier Soccer League, Bronwyn continues to lead an active, athletic lifestyle. Her experience in coaching, strength training and personal training through college and beyond has given her the desire to train and coach others in leading a healthy lifestyle and experiencing strength and resistance training at 2Perform Fitness.
DR. ALICIA JACKSONWellness Manager

Dr. Alicia is a health and wellness enthusiast promoting healthy living in our community. She is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic with certifications in Personal Training and Corrective Exercise. She delivers results, motivates clients, and customize programs that inspire people to create healthy lifestyle changes. She specializes in strength and conditioning, correcting muscle imbalances, and improving muscle quality. Her training methods focus on restoring motion, restoring function, and restoring health.

Dr. Alicia enjoys networking at community events and organizing health and fitness talks for our corporate wellness partners and 2Perform clients.
